I’m a high-functioning, spreadsheet-savvy, soul-curious woman who hit burnout—hard, and truthfully, didn’t feel so high-functioning in that moment. After a spiritual awakening cracked me open, Human Design gave me the language to finally understand myself. Now, I help women who’ve done everything “right” but still feel stuck, exhausted, or out of alignment. If that’s you, you don’t need to push harder; you just need a new way forward.
